Services

We provide guest posting, niche edit, and link building services. Our services involve placing content and/or links on third-party websites. The specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon before each order.

Service Limitations

No Ranking Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or any particular SEO outcomes. Search algorithms are beyond our control and consider many factors beyond backlinks. Our service provides quality link acquisition; results depend on many factors including your website, content, competition, and overall SEO strategy.

Third-Party Websites

We place content and links on third-party websites we do not own or control. While we select sites based on quality criteria, we cannot guarantee:

  • Links will remain live indefinitely
  • Sites will maintain current metrics or traffic
  • Sites will remain indexed or in good standing
  • Publisher editorial decisions

Link Permanence

Links are placed as permanent content. However, website owners may modify or remove content at their discretion. We make reasonable efforts to select stable, quality sites, but cannot guarantee perpetual link placement.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your website and requirements
  • Ensure you have rights to promote the target URLs
  • Review and approve site recommendations before placement
  • Respond to requests for information or approval in a timely manner
  • Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes
  • Not request links to content that violates laws or third-party rights

Content

Content We Create

Content created by us for guest posts becomes part of the service deliverable. We grant you reasonable rights to reference published content. Full copyright typically transfers to the publishing website per their terms.

Content You Provide

If you provide content, you represent that you have necessary rights and the content does not infringe third-party rights or violate laws.

Payment

Catalog orders are paid through Stripe before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Each website has one final USD price for a Guest Post package
  • The package includes writing, content placement, and two inserted links
  • The price confirmed at checkout is preserved in your order even if the current catalog price later changes
  • No VAT or sales-tax calculation is added by the application in its initial release

Catalog Orders, Cancellations, and Refunds

A paid order records the selected website and package terms at the time of purchase. Fulfillment is handled manually. If a selected website becomes unavailable before publication, we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund for the affected order item.

Contact us promptly if you want to cancel. A cancellation may be approved before writing or placement work begins. Once content work, editorial coordination, or placement has started, cancellation or refund eligibility depends on the work already performed and any non-recoverable costs. Nothing in these Terms limits refund rights required by applicable law.

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Banks and card providers control how quickly the credit appears. An order is marked Refunded in your account only after Stripe confirms a full refund.

Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential. We do not disclose client relationships, target URLs, or campaign details without permission. We may aggregate anonymized data for internal analysis.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for actions of third-party websites
  • We are not liable for search engine algorithm changes or ranking fluctuations

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of our services, content you provide, or violation of these Terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing service relationships with reasonable notice. Termination does not affect obligations for work already completed or in progress.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal proceedings.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in effect.
